In preparation for the Lunar New Year, SCS was proud to present a hands-on baking class where participants learnt to bake irresistible festive goodies! Support for the class for Food & Travel readers, was overwhelming and slots were quickly snapped up. Gathering at ToTT's Cooking Studio on 11 Jan 2014, participants spent an afternoon learning from Chef Eric who taught them unique interpretations of CNY bakes such as pistachio and cranberry cookies, and coconut-dusted pineapple tarts.
SCS Butter was a staple in all their recipes and attendees were all smiles as they worked together to bring their creations to life. Chef Eric gave one-to-one guidance and at the end of the session, there were plenty of delightful goodies for them to bring home. All of us had fun and we look forward to seeing you again!
