Honey Cornflakes Cups

A simple bite-sized sweet treat that brings smiles with every bite. Lightly coated in honey and baked until crisp, these golden cornflake clusters are perfect for sharing during gatherings.

Ingredients


  • 180g

    SCS Unsalted Butter

  • 150g

    Cornflakes

  • 2 tbsp

    Honey

  • Coloured sprinkles, optional

Directions


  1. Melt SCS Unsalted Butter and honey in a saucepan over gentle heat. Stir until the mixture becomes frothy.
  2. Add crushed cornflakes into the honey-butter mixture and make sure to coat the cornflakes evenly.
  3. Spoon the cornflakes into individual paper cups and top with coloured sprinkles.
  4. Bake at preheated oven of 150°C for 10 to 12 minutes until the cornflakes become dark golden.
