Directions
- In a pan, melt SCS Unsalted Butter over medium heat and sauté garlic and shallots until fragrant.
- Add sambal, sugar, and salt, stirring until the mixture is well combined.
- Toss in the fried potatoes and mix until evenly coated with the sambal sauce.
- Garnish with crispy fried anchovies, if desired, and serve as a side dish or snack.
