Ingredients


  • SCS Unsalted Butter

  • Lemon juice (to taste)

  • Garlic

  • Fresh herbs (dill, parsley, or thyme)

  • Asparagus

Directions


  1. Melt SCS Unsalted Butter in a large skillet and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  2. Place salmon fillets in the pan, skin side down, and cook until the skin is crispy.
  3. Flip, then add lemon juice, herbs, and asparagus.
  4. Cover and cook until the salmon is flaky and the asparagus is tender.
