Preparation
- Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until it’s warm but not boiling.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of SCS Salted Butter until melted. This will give your hot chocolate a rich, creamy flavour.
- Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Buttery Hot Chocolate
- Combine: Gradually add the dry mixture to the warm milk, whisking continuously until well combined and smooth.
- Add Vanilla: Stir in the vanilla extract for added flavour.
