Pepper-Lunch Style Beef Rice

Inspired by the sizzling favourite, this Pepper Lunch-styled Beef Rice brings bold flavours and satisfying textures to your table. Juicy beef, sweet corn, and fragrant garlic butter come together over steaming rice — a quick, hearty meal that’s big on taste and easy to recreate at home.

Ingredients


  • 2 tbsp

    Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp

    Dark Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp

    Oyster Sauce

  • 1 tbsp

    Sesame Oil

  • 1/2 tsp

    Black Pepper

  • SCS Salted Butter

  • 250g

    Beef Steak (sirloin or ribeye), thinly sliced

  • 1/2

    Onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves

    Garlic, minced

  • 2 cups

    Rice

Directions


  1. Mix the beef with the marinade sauce and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Rinse the rice, then add it to the rice cooker with water.
  3. Place the onions and minced garlic over the rice. Top with the marinated beef.
  4. Place 2 slices of SCS Salted Butter and garnish as desired.
  5. Cook it on the regular quick rice setting and serve to enjoy!
