Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C. |

Combine butter and egg in a small bowl. |

In a big bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sugar. |

Add the butter mixture and whisk until combined. |

Roll balls with tablespoons full of the batter, line them on a sheet pan lined with baking paper and flatten them with your palm or a back of a spoon. |

Press a few M&M’s into each cookie. |

Bake for about 16 – 18 minutes until firm. |
